Hi, I’m Emily

I didn’t always know how to cook like this. A few years ago, I was living on processed convenience foods and feeling terrible. That changed when I started learning about real, single-ingredient foods—the kind our ancestors ate—and began cooking everything from scratch. I went deep: fermentation, bone broth, homemade electrolytes, regenerative farming. I’ve eaten vegan, carnivore, autoimmune protocol, low-oxalate, paleo, and now Mediterranean-style, and I’ve learned something important from every approach.

Here’s what I believe: one way of eating never works for everyone. Your body is different from mine, and the food that empowers you should reflect that. I bring years of farm-to-table cooking, service industry experience, and genuine diet fluency to every meal I make. Whether you need help healing your gut, balancing your macros, or just getting dinner on the table without the stress, I’m here to meet you where you are.
